To avoid isolation, Swiss universities join European University Alliance

Since being excluded from the two major European research funding and student exchange programs, Swiss universities have actively joined various university alliances and want to open up another avenue for cooperation with European universities. But this is still no substitute for full participation in the Horizon Europe research funding program and the Erasmus+ EU student exchange programme.
